Rami Kattan

My name is Rami Kattan. I was born in Jerusalem (Palestine) in 1979 and live in Bethlehem (Palestine). I have attended the Frère De La Sale french school in Bethlehem where I got the general secondary school certificate (Tawjihi) in 1997.

In 1997, I started my undergraduate studies in Computer Science at the Palestine Polytechnic University in Hebron (Palestine), but after the Second Intifada in September 2000 I had to interrupt my studies and to transfer to Italy to continue my studies in Padova University, where I attended the Information Engineering department and got my degree in December 2006.

During my studies, I also had some work experience as a part-time software developer at Zucchetti S.p.A. software house in Padova (Italy), and also many freelance web design projects.

Currently I work as a senior Java developer at Hope Solutions srl, a software house in Padova (Italy) that makes enterprise management software for the agriculture sector
